I was stuck in my routine and missing out on so many opportunities for fun and excitement. That’s when I decided to start saying yes.

Yes to that yoga class I’d always been curious about. Yes to that blind date my friend set up. Yes to that weekend trip I was invited on.

And the result? My life became a whole lot more interesting. By opening myself up to new experiences, I broke free from the monotony.
